At Studio Sukizd, we create unique pieces with care and passion. All our framed rugs are handmade on a small scale, which may impact shipping times. Here’s everything you need to know before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING

Preparation and Production Times

  • In-stock products: Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Custom or out-of-stock orders: If the item needs to be made specifically for you, additional time will be required. In this case, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland France: 3 to 6 business days.

  • European Union: 10 to 15 business days.

  • International: DEPENDING ON DESTINATION.

Carriers and Tracking

We work with reliable carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, and DHL. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Please note: Any customs fees or local taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

2. RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products and their custom production, Studio Sukizd does not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review the details of each product before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or need further clarification about an item, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or has a clear defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it at studiosukizd@gmail.com, providing:

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the item and its packaging.

Once verified, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

Studio Sukizd offers made-to-order artworks that fully align with its artistic universe. This means that custom pieces can be created while staying true to the studio’s creative vision. These bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
