TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)
of Studio Sukizd
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of Studio Sukizd and its customers within the framework of the online sale of framed rugs. Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered by Studio Sukizd are handcrafted creations, designed and produced on a small scale. Each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations due to its artisanal nature.
Product descriptions, photos, and dimensions are provided for informational purposes only.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
3. ORDERS
3.1 Order Process
Orders are placed exclusively through our website.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
3.2 Customization
Certain products can be customized upon request. These special orders require additional production time, which will be communicated to the customer before confirmation.
3.3 Order Refusal
Studio Sukizd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:
An ongoing dispute with the customer.
Non-payment, partial or total, of a previous order.
Suspected or fraudulent use of payment methods.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in France.
Shipping fees are added to the product prices and are indicated at the time of order confirmation.
4.2 Payment
Payments are secure and processed through the Stripe platform.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Details regarding shipping and delivery can be found on the dedicated page: Shipping and Returns.
For France: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Custom creations may require additional time for production.
For International Orders: Delivery times may vary between 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized creations or made-to-order products are not eligible for withdrawal.
For other products:
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. NO RETURNS
Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of our creations, Studio Sukizd does not accept returns, except in cases of confirmed defects or items damaged during delivery.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Studio Sukizd complies with legal obligations regarding warranties:
Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code): Covers defects of conformity for two years.
Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): Covers defects rendering the product unfit for use.

9. LIABILITY
Studio Sukizd cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance of delivery obligations due to events of force majeure as defined by French law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site (photos, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Studio Sukizd. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at studiosukizd@gmail.com to find an amicable solution.
If no resolution is found, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
For international customers, disputes will follow French law, and customers are encouraged to settle through mediation before taking legal action.
13. MODIFICATION OF THE TCS
Studio Sukizd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
